The inaugural 135 Past Masters' Dinner was held in the Lodge Function Room on 28 March 2026
21 Past Masters of the Lodge gathered to hold a candlelit dinner provided by Bro. Robert McKinstry PM 433
The Master Bro. Colin Ritchie welcomed all to the evening and after having said grace, stated that a bottle of malt Whisky on the table was the gift of the late Bro. Sam Peden HM and offered all a drink from the bottle in memory of Bro. Sam. A toast was then held in his memory.
Bro. Matt Train and Bro. John Alexander recounted days gone by in the Lodge particularly in the 60s and 70s. Thereafter each PM attending spoke on their personal memories of the Lodge and their time as Master. A special night was had by all and it was agreed that this should become an annual function.
